| Description | We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Coding Compliance Manager to be based at Resurrection Health Care in Northern Chicago, who is self-motivated and ready for a unique challenge. The Coding Compliance Manager will work with senior staff, including the Corporate Responsibility Officer, to conduct coding compliance audits and inpatient and outpatient coding reviews. |

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or Associate’s degree in Health Information Technology preferred.
• RHIA, RHIT, or AHIMA coding certification required.
• Three years of acute care coding experience
• Knowledge of current Medicare regulations, including IPPS and OPPS
• Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
