MARSHA DUPUIS, Ph.D.
Chief Learning Officer
Marsha Dupuis joined CHAN Healthcare Auditors in 2006
as the company’s first-ever Chief Learning Officer. In this role, she leads and
manages the Leadership Development function. To ensure that CHAN retains its
leadership capabilities, she helps develop behaviors that drive competencies
that enable CHAN to fulfill its Mission and Vision.

enables you to achieve your full potential while sustaining CHAN’s success.
Ms. Dupuis (pronounced do-PWEE) has almost 30 years
of professional experience as an executive coach, career transition and
leadership consultant, high-tech business executive, and university adjunct
faculty member.
She began her career in pharmaceutical operations
management and transitioned to the high-tech world with the computer systems and
software manufacturer Digital Equipment Corporation. She worked in three
positions over 10 years at DEC: Small Disk Manufacturing Business Manager,
Organizational Development Manager, and Plant Materials Manager.
The following four years she served as an adjunct
faculty member in Regis University’s Masters Program in Leadership and
Management, where she taught courses in leadership, management, and
self-discovery.
In 1995, Ms. Dupuis began an eight-year stint as an
independent career consultant, evaluating client experiences and delivering
customized career transition management services, including assimilation and
executive coaching. During that time, she managed a 350-client load, including
major corporate accounts with companies such as Sprint, Kellogg Company, and
Hewlett Packard.
In 2003, she joined Lee Hecht Harrison, a global
human capital management firm. As Vice President of Leadership Consulting, she
provided executive coaching and leadership consulting, including major change
initiatives and strategic visioning.
Ms. Dupuis earned a Ph.D. in optimal performance
psychology from Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, an M.S. in
management and organization development from United States International
University in San Diego, and a bachelor of business administration, summa cum
laude, from National University in San Diego.
Always interested in giving back to her community, she serves on the board of Leadership Solutions, a faith-based nonprofit chartered to provide leadership development training for Christ-centered young professionals. She develops and delivers this training annually and holds monthly coaching sessions for those in the program. She also volunteers as an AIM High Program mentor to high school freshmen in the Denver area and on the organizing committee of the Denver American Heart Association's annual Heart Walk.
